Die Möbel die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, sind dabei. Die Sitzanimationen und Posen sind in den Möbeln, keine Posbälle. 2 Balkone und ganz oben eine Plattform mit Springbrunnen.

Es gibt eine Treppe und Teleporter. Außer den Balkon in der Spitze und den Boden kann man alles mit der Treppe erreichen. Die Badezimmerwand, die Türen und die Teleporter können über ein Menü freigeschaltet werden für Alle, Gruppe, oder friends. Alles (ausgenommen die Scripte) ist modify und copy.

Es hat 169 Prims mit Möbel 212 Prims.
Größe ca. 32x35 m.

Dieses Baumhaus gibt es auch noch in 2 kleineren Größen. Einmal für 512 qm Grundstücke und für 1024 qm und auch ohne Möbel.

Es kommt in einer rezzbox und stellt sich von allein auf mit einem click. Das Teleportersytem ist dabei und kann nach Belieben im Haus verteilt werden.
